Scope Of Work
Big-D Construction continues its working relationship with Weidner Apartment Homes with the Siena Apartment Homes project in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed in the summer of 2015, the new, 138-unit apartment building consists of two buildings. Each building is three stories and has an underground parking facility. The roof was constructed using a rubber roof membrane.
The underground parking is precast concrete and has 190 parking stalls. Second and third levels are panelized wood frame structure. Offering 201,655 square feet, these luxury apartment homes are sure to compliment the growing residential area of St. Louis Park and bring the luxury and amenities residents desire. Each apartment has a 48’’ flat screen television, dark maple cabinetry, granite kitchen & bathroom counter tops, hardwood-style flooring, and dual vanities in the master bedrooms.
Aside from underground parking, community amenities include a fitness center, a conference room, playgrounds, and courtyards with fire pits and gathering areas.
