Scope Of Work
The U.S. Naval Academy is one of the oldest and most distinguished universities in the United States. Established in 1845, the USNA is located in Annapolis, Maryland and the campus is designated as a historic landmark. Asturian Group, Inc. (AGI) is responsible for completing the interior renovation of the gift shop. Due to the need to accomodate patrons and maintaining sales to the public, temporary protections, off-site construction, and various methods are being employed to expedite and complete the project with minimal disruptions to the daily business operations. The scope of work includes demolition, point-of-sale services desk with concrete countertop, minor build-out, floor finishes, interior veneer refinishing, lighting upgrades, minor electrical, and telecommunications.
