Scope Of Work
Remove and replace one Weil Mclain boiler. Remove one duplex boiler feed system and replace with triplex boiler feed system. Remove and replace steam hot water heater.
Another difficult rigging project. The boiler sections weigh almost 1000 lbs and are 6' L x 5' W. There is no access through doorways and very limited headroom. We decided to remove an existing louver to remove the old boiler and bring in the new boiler.
The existing opening is not large enough to rig in or out the new boiler feed system or steam hot water heater. We are in negotiations to install a permanent custom access door with integrated louvers to accommodate this project rigging requirements as well as the future requirements of this facility.
The customer is impressed with our work on this project.
