Scope Of Work
This project is to replace one existing RTU and two AHU's located in the attic space of the historical building Delano Hall. The biggest challenge was removing and installing the large equipment from the attic space. We set up a series of I beam rails and beam trolleys in the attic to move the equipment to a hole cut in the roof. We also had to reinforce the attic floor joists to support the weight of the staged units.
