Scope Of Work
Methodist Jennie Edmundson's new Medical Office Building, located in Council Bluff, is a three-story 60,000 square foot facility built to accommodate Methodist's growing community. The first floor provides clinic space for about 15 Methodist Physicians Clinic primary care providers, as well as a new Urgent Care location. While, the second floor is primarily dedicated to women's health care, featuring six women's health experts and outreach clinic opportunities.
