Scope Of Work
This remarkable 107,000 square foot building is home to both UNL and UNMC as a Health Center and the College of Nursing. With three levels, this building is equipped with a full-service pharmacy, a physical therapy department with a hydrotherapy pool, a gymnasium, 26 examination rooms, a wellness kitchen, dental and optometry services, as well as active learning spaces, laboratories, and a research center for the College of Nursing students.
