Our Story
Since 1993, EAM Associates has proudly offered an extensive portfolio of energy efficiency and Green Building consulting services to builder/developers, gas and electric utilities, government agencies, and building and HVAC professionals. Our highly trained team approaches each “home as a system” to maximize environmental performance and energy efficiency. EAM is an active member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware Builders Associations and the New Jersey Apartment Association. As an Energy Star Partner since 2001, EAM has repeatedly been awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star Homes Outstanding Achievement Award, certifying over 10,000 homes to date. Our team’s qualifications include the following certifications:
