Scope Of Work

Graham is the General Contractor for the Minneapolis Southwest High School Addition and Renovation project, which includes the conversion of the existing steam boiler systems to hot water and adding air conditioning to the school’s HVAC system in both the existing school buildings. Also part of this project were two additions to the school, which included a new cafeteria; kitchen; commons; multiple classrooms; a dance studio; a couple science labs; administration offices; media center; and a performing arts stage. The remainder of the existing buildings received new finishes and code upgrades to meet regulatory standards.
