Scope Of Work
Pre-construction services for this Silver project began shortly after Graham was selected as General Contractor and Construction Manager. Pre-construction included budgeting, scheduling and a wide variety of value-adding activities. The project is a six-storey, 141,000-sq. ft., steel-framed structure featuring brick veneer, aluminum curtain walls with butt glazing, and metal panel exteriors. Graham self-performed concrete foundations, and miscellaneous exterior concrete forming, metals and specialties.
