Scope Of Work
Bell is performing the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work for the new construction of this two-story health center with assisted living, memory care, rehab, and long-term care.
The 156,000 square foot facility includes 32 memory care residences, 64 long-term skilled nursing care suites, 32 short-term skilled post-acute rehabilitation rooms, a fitness/rehabilitation center and health clinic. There is a bistro, neighborhood dining venues, gift shop, gathering room, meditation space, activity rooms, and spa.
