Jeff Price's Bio
Jeff Price is the principle partner and founder of PWI Construction since 1985. The company started in Mesa Arizona, with many of the initial projects stemming from the developments in Arizona. As PWI’s award winning reputation started to grow, so did the company, to now one of the most notable national contractors in the U.S.
Jeff’s many years of working in corporations gave him a keen sense of business and finance.
His experience from the Mars Corporation as a commodities purchasing agent provided him with expertise in fair business relations, management, extensive travel, and financial decisions such as bonding, insurance, investments and beneficial monetary advisement for the company and their clients.
Jeff & his wife, Barb, of 35 years have a grown daughter who is the Athletic Academic Adviser at TCU. When not working Jeff enjoys University of Texas sporting events and spending time on his ranch with his two dogs Tuff and Rio.
Marc Ferguson's Bio
Marc Ferguson is a seasoned professional of 30 years, and has successfully directed over 1 billion dollars of contracted work. Marc serves as a partner, principle, and a qualified agent for many of the national construction licenses. He provides insight, guidance, vision, coordination, and strategic planning for the other offices located throughout the nation.
Marc’s experience assures expertise on projects from conception to completion.
Having started as an estimator for Joe E. Woods, Inc. Marc knows the importance of bidding, budgeting, value engineering and project accounting. Another strength is his skill to coordinate with Owners, Construction Supervisors, Architects, Project Managers, Accounting staff and Sub-Contractors to work as a team.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Bradley University. Marc and his wife, Mary, of twenty five years and two children enjoy mountain sports including hiking, skiing and riding their ATVs.
Mary Lipka's Bio
Mary has been with PWI for over 20 years and is an integral part of the senior management team. She began her career with PWI as Controller, and now oversees all Financial, Construction, and Accounting operations at PWI. Mary is known as a hardworking, honest, fair, and humble executive. Mary is married to Ron, and is a loving mother of her son Tyler. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Duane Hill's Bio
Duane Hill joined PWI Construction in 1999. As Director of Construction, every workday is different. His morning could start with an airport and travel, or working onsite at a project in California, Nevada, or Texas, or he could find himself working in the Las Vegas headquarters. Wherever his job takes him, he loves it.
Duane is an active listener and collaborator, working with clients, project managers, and field team members to build something new together. He enjoys the satisfaction of creating a new experience and is always trying to learn and develop new techniques to accomplish the team's goals.
Duane enjoys doing anything with his family and spending time outdoors in his free time.
Operations
Laura Phillips's Bio
Laura joined PWI Construction in 2014 as a Project Coordinator. As Operations Manager, oversees project financials, Project Coordinators, and works closely with the Project Management team. She trains Project Managers on company procedures and how it aligns with Project Coordination and Procore. Laura develops, implements, and reviews policies and procedures, and looks for ways to improve efficiency and productivity. She collaborates with the Operations team to achieve project success while fostering a spirit of teamwork among the Project Coordination and Project Management teams.
Since starting her professional career in construction in her early 20s, Laura has held positions in Administration, Estimating, Purchasing, Project Coordination, and Project Management. Laura does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to leadership. She approaches each person and project with an open mind to respond to the unique needs of each situation. Laura enjoys working with her employees on their professional development by offering guidance and structure while building a collaborative team environment.
In her free time, you can find Laura hanging out with her husband and daughter. They love to travel and visit new places. She is always in search of their next destination. One-by-one, Laura is working toward crossing off items on her long bucket list. Outside of travel, Laura enjoys shopping, going on walks with her dog, going to the movies, and during the Vegas summers, you can find her by the pool with a cold cocktail.

Aaron Jewell's Bio
Aaron likes to get an early start on his mornings. When he arrives at work, he reviews any immediate needs, then jumps into his to-do list and prioritizes by deadline, followed by phone calls. He closes out the day setting up tasks for the next day.
This organized approach that he's developed since joining the team in 2007, helps him excel at process evaluation; analyzing and resolving issues; and evaluating the best solutions and outcomes. He appreciates that there's always something new and different to tackle. He's an innovative problem-solver.
As Director of Business Development, Aaron seeks new opportunities in which PWI Construction can provide its high-value, high-quality construction services. He works closely with the Director of Preconstruction in developing comprehensive bid and proposal packages, participates in job walks, and develops strategies for subcontractor usage.
In his off-hours, you can find Aaron spending time with his family time and or hitting the links.
James Reigle's Bio
Based in the Austin office, James is responsible for developing
business in Texas, the Central United States and selective projects
located on the East Coast. He has more than 20 years of experience in
the construction industry, 12 of them with PWI Construction. His
strength is in pre-construction services, estimating and project
management. He is a client favorite known for his depth of knowledge
and honesty. Prior to working in the industry, James was a soldier in
the U.S. Army and served in the 3rd U.S. Infantry “The Old Guard” D.C.
at Arlington National Cemetery.
James enjoys spending time with
his son Josh, an active teenager who plays goalie for his high school
soccer team and is working on earning the rank of Eagle Scout.

Jason Leach's Bio
Since 2004, PWI Construction has relied on Jason Leach to make sure that those around him have the tools and resources to be successful, grow, and reach their individual career and project goals. Whether it is the client, design team, subcontractors, or colleagues, Jason finds that the best approach to building long-lasting relationships is creating value through mutually respectful and impactful interactions.
Jason prepares, negotiates, and reviews various firm contracts helping to mitigate risk, and maintains the firm's general contracting licenses.
He encourages hard work, loyalty, and thoroughness with day-to-day tasks.
Jason is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and a member of the Construction Association of South Florida. He is also an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Broward County, South Florida, and has organized the Habitat builds for our Florida team for the past two years.
On fall Saturdays, you can usually find him rooting on his Clemson Tigers. Otherwise, he's spending his free time with his wife and three kids or staying active running, exercising, and working in the yard.
Kristin Price's Bio
Kristin Price spends most of her time recruiting and searching for people that will add value to the PWI Construction team and that will continue to fulfill the firm’s vision of people, integrity, and excellence. Most often, she collaborates with the executive team, including the Directors and Vice President, to keep abreast of the changing needs of personnel. She also manages internal training and professional development programs for PWI Construction's nationwide workforce.
Fun fact: This is Kristin's third time working at PWI Construction after a 14-year career in college athletics. The first time was during her senior year of high school, and the second time was right after she graduated from college. Kristin was asked to return full-time in 2016 after completing her MBA at SMU and it was an opportunity she could not pass up.
In her spare time, you can find Kristin cleaning up after her mini Australian Shepherds, Yogi and Lucy. She enjoys visiting new places, especially if it involves water or a beach. She also lifts weights and enjoys staying active, as well as reading for either business or pleasure.
Mauricio Bustos's Bio
Mauricio joined PWI Construction in 2006. As a natural-born motivator and visionary, he works for our team members and our clients and ensures his time is always free for them.
That's why he puts people first by keeping a fluid schedule to accommodate everyone's needs. He truly believes that without our people, we don't have a business.
And while he finds the construction process interesting, the most rewarding part of his job is seeing PWI Construction's clients happy and grateful that they've partnered with us.
Mauricio is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized by various Las Vegas organizations throughout his career.
