David Gan's Bio
David Gan is Chief Legal Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Mr. Gan oversees all aspects of AECOM’s global legal function and leads its team of lawyers, legal and compliance and support professionals across the enterprise. His areas of responsibility include corporate governance, M&A and other transactional legal matters, litigation, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, SEC reporting and all legal support of global operations. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team.
Previously, Mr. Gan held senior legal roles at AECOM, including Deputy General Counsel, AECOM and General Counsel, AECOM Capital. Prior to joining AECOM in 2006, Mr. Gan was a corporate and securities lawyer at Mayer Brown LLP in Los Angeles and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo Alto.
Mr. Gan has been named as one of Southern California’s Top 50 Diverse Leaders by the California Diversity Council. He is an Advisory Board member for USC Gould School of Law and Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Institute for Corporate Counsel.

Gaurav Kapoor's Bio
Gaurav Kapoor is Chief Financial Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this position, Mr. Kapoor oversees the company’s global financial operations — including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, global shared services, internal audit, tax, treasury and global real estate. He is also a member of AECOM’s Executive Leadership Team.
Mr. Kapoor has extensive financial leadership experience at AECOM, having served as Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller since December 2016 and Treasurer since October 2019. He previously served in leadership roles at AECOM as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2016 to December 2016 and Senior Vice President, Project Delivery, Americas Design Consulting Services from May 2015 to January 2016.
Prior to joining AECOM in May 2015, Mr. Kapoor spent 15 years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was an audit partner and held various leadership roles.

Jay Badame's Bio
Jay Badame is President, Construction Management at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
During his 40 year career, Mr. Badame has overseen the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings. His current work encompasses several high-profile megaprojects, including Hudson Yards, Manhattan West, and One Vanderbilt. Under his leadership, the Construction Management business has grown to the second largest general contractor in the United States. In addition, his efforts have expanded the company’s coast-to-coast reach, with AECOM now recognized as the largest contractor in New York City and Los Angeles.
Mr. Badame has earned recognition on Commercial Observer’s “Power 100,” was selected as “Humanitarian of the Year” by the Concrete Industry Foundation, and was named the Women Builders Council’s inaugural “He for She” awardee. He serves as Chair of the Board of the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors, Co-Chairman of the Building Trades Employers’ Association, Vice Chairman of the New York Building Foundation, and Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission.
Mr. Badame holds a B.S. in civil engineering with a structural major from Pennsylvania State University.

Lara Poloni's Bio
Lara Poloni is President of AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
A longstanding member of the AECOM team, Ms. Poloni has served in several key leadership roles, including as Chief Executive of AECOM’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) from 2017 to 2020, and as Chief Executive of the Australia New Zealand business from 2014 to 2017.
Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Ms. Poloni has predominantly worked in the planning, assessment and development of major infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients, across key transportation and property sectors. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Infrastructure and a former board member for Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.

Sarah Urbanowicz's Bio
Sarah Urbanowicz is Chief Information Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Ms. Urbanowicz leads Information Technology (IT) for the enterprise and is responsible for the development and execution of the global IT strategy, including overseeing its infrastructure and operations, information security and compliance, enterprise application portfolio, IT procurement, and digital portfolio management.
Previously, Ms. Urbanowicz was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at AECOM, and was responsible for enterprise information security strategy, architecture and operations. Before joining AECOM, Ms. Urbanowicz served as CISO at Hess Corporation where she was responsible for enterprise IT security strategy and operations.
Ms. Urbanowicz holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has completed several leadership development programs including Accelerate, AECOM’s executive leadership program, and Business Leadership Development I & II at Texas A&M, Mays Business College.
Ms. Urbanowicz’s depth of knowledge allows her to create high-functioning teams with the appropriate capabilities — both people and technology. Shirley Adams's Bio
Shirley Adams is Chief Human Resources Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
In this role, Ms. Adams is responsible for all Human Resources services globally. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team driving the people transformation program for the global enterprise.
Previously, Ms. Adams served as AECOM’s Senior Vice Present of Human Resources for its Europe, Middle East and Africa geography. Prior to joining AECOM in 2016, she held several roles during her tenure at Accenture, including Head of Global Geographic HR Operations, HR Managing Director of Accenture’s Global Management Consulting business and Global HR Business Partner.
Ms. Adams holds a Joint Honours Degree in French & German from Durham University and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business French & German. While at Accenture, she was a participant and faculty member in the company’s leadership development programs. She has lived and worked internationally and is currently based in London.

Todd Battley's Bio

In this role, Mr. Battley drives AECOM’s growth strategy by bringing the best of the company’s enterprise capability to key clients. Previously, Mr. Battley was the Chief Executive of AECOM Australia New Zealand where he oversaw a sustained period of revenue and margin growth, while embracing workplace flexibility and the latest digital engineering practices.
Mr. Battley joined AECOM in 1996 after graduating as a civil engineer from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia.

Troy Rudd's Bio
Mr. Rudd was appointed to the roles of CEO and director in August 2020, and has been leading the company’s transformation to a professional services organization since August 2018.
Mr. Rudd has held a series of operational and financial leadership roles since joining AECOM in 2009, including his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer where he directed the company’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, global shared services, internal audit, tax, treasury, and led the company’s M&A activities.
