Koplin Construction and Design, Ltd. has been satisfying customers for over twenty years in and around the Chicago area. We specialize in designing and building residential remodeling and addition projects as well as foodservice and light commercial, retail facilities. We are dedicated to high quality, dependable work at a fair price. Our mission is to serve our customers in the way that we would want to be served were the tables turned.

As contractors we have an experienced in-house crew of carpenters, drywallers, tile setters and painters led by experienced and diligent project managers and formen supplemented by our long term relationships with some of the top subcontractors, craftsmen and suppliers in the business. Our combined efforts can offer a superior level of performance and customer satisfaction.

Even though we have a staff of in house design professionals we work very well with architects that our clients bring to us and look forward to forging those new relationships. As designers we feel Form + Function can’t work alone. We integrate these two elements along with harmony, integrity, inspiration and appeal. KCDL takes the time to understand our client’s needs and has a team that can carry out a common vision from conception well through opening.
