Scope Of Work
The Lafayette County Business Complex has added 40,000 square feet of administrative workspace to benefit local citizens. The site includes three separate buildings, a paved plaza and multiple landscaped parking areas to accommodate staff and visitors.
This project coincided with the construction of the Lafayette County Arena, also overseen by ICM and sharing an access road, presenting a significant challenge to construction for our team. We had to meticulously coordinate the phases of construction and site access for both projects, as both sites followed a similar schedule for completion.
The Lafayette County Business Complex was completed in March 2019 and now hosts such departments as Lafayette County Health Department, Family & Social Services, Justice Court, Oxford Municipal Court and Lafayette County Emergency Management.
