Scope Of Work
Located in the historic Eastern Wharf District of Savannah, the project includes an eight-story, 158-guestroom hotel, a seven-story, 127,000 sf parking garage and hardscape improvements around the existing Riverwalk and River Street including a pedestrian bridge across the Broad Street Ramp. Building on our partnership with North Point Hospitality, this project marks our second win with the firm and a promising start to many great partnership opportunities in the future.
