Scope Of Work

Six condo-style villas ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet were remodeled at one of Starwood’s Luxury Collection properties, the Phoenician Resort. The interior remodels feature walnut hardwood floors, two centimeter stone-wrapped fireplaces ranging in height from eight to 20 feet, custom built-in millwork with plank doors, high-end free-standing bathtubs, designer bathroom accessories, and granite counter tops. Each room includes state of-the-art sound and entertainment systems and new interior and entry doors were installed. Full exterior remodels include stuccoing, new exterior windows, patio doors, skylights and roof upgrades.
