Kapranos Construction has specialized in residential and light commercial remodeling since 1978. Owner, David Kapranos enjoys a hands-on approach to managing all projects performed by the company, from initial discussions and design, through approvals and all phases of construction, to timely completion - all with a personal involvement with his clients.

For more than 30 years, Kapranos Construction has had the opportunity to build &/or remodel many types of construction, including personal residences, historic buildings, churches, office remodels and tenant improvements, institutional alterations and expansions, site and landscape improvements, swimming pools, tennis courts and a wide variety of residential remodel and new construction projects.

In recent years the firm has focused its energy and expertise on upgrading and remodeling kitchens, family rooms and bathrooms.
