Scope Of Work
The City of Pompano Beach selected the Waypoint team to build a brand-new restroom building. This new restroom features a self-sufficient solar water heater and power system, providing the City with a long-lasting sustainable design. During construction and in order to maintain traffic during installation of utilities, a maintenance of traffic (MOT) plan was submitted and implemented. This restroom was the first of its kind at the City of Pompano.
