Scope Of Work
New turnkey, ground up 6000 SF facility, including site work and utilities. This design-build project will house office space and service departments for Vermeer to better serve its Northern Colorado and Wyoming customers. L4 also developed the adjacent 2.5 acres for parking and future use.
