We are the proud owners of Beach City Builders, Inc., and we are part of a very long lineage of prosperous general contractors from the Midwest. BCB’s two owners, Dave and Tom Norman, were deeply entrenched for years in large construction projects and the daily operations of their family’s construction business in Missouri, which started their strong passion for building things. Their building knowledge runs deep and is reflected in the quality and hard work of their company as well as that of their teams.

Beach City Builders has experienced healthy growth in California despite an overall decline in the construction industry. We attribute that progress to our high standards and in-depth training. We have narrowed down our growing success rate here in southern California to the fact that we always work hard to:

1. Collaboratively and creatively explore and understand our customers’ construction vision, timetable, resources and expectations.

2. Always give an accurate estimated project price and avoid gimmick pricing to simply get a foot in the door and later surprise clients with changes.
