Scope Of Work

This John Deere dealer had outgrown their existing facility and desired a much nicer and larger sales and service facility. A recently closed automobile dealership was expanded and remodeled to meet their needs. Work involved a 9,000 SF clear span shop addition, modifications of existing structure to create a 55’ wide column free opening where large equipment could move from new to existing shop, complete new showroom and offices, parts and sales area, parts counters, service department offices, etc. The shop addition utilized a Butler pre-engineered building with standing seam roof and R-30 roof insulation, walls were two tone metal with a full interior liner panel.
