Scope Of Work

Concern for employee wellness is becoming commonplace with large employers, and Subaru of Indiana Automotive is no stranger to this trend. SIA invested to support their employees by constructing and staffing this new state-of-the-art, 4,000 SF Health and Wellness Center on their plant grounds.

Steinberger Construction Inc. competitively bid for and won this contract, which consists of a conventional wood framed structure with decorative masonry and Hardi-plank side walls, architectural asphalt shingle roof and aluminum windows and doors on the exterior.

The interior houses offices, exam rooms, restrooms, and a laboratory for the facility and is attractively finished with modern wall, floor and ceiling materials, laminate casework, and architectural finishes.
