Scope Of Work
The Wilmore is a new construction 75 unit, mixed-use development in the North Williams District. The development is located at the Northwest corner of N. Williams Avenue and N. Skidmore Street. Sitting atop 6,300 square feet of retail space and enclosed parking, the Wilmore features an impressive 3,500 square foot rooftop terrace.
The City of Portland granted The Wilmore a 10-year MULTE tax exemption. 20% of the Wilmore’s apartments will be set aside for tenants earning 60% of median income and all of the apartments will have increased accessibility for people with disabilities.
