President and CEO Michael Lukes brings more than 30 years of business and management service to TSS. He has been an owner and upper-level manager of several successful small businesses over the past three decades, and now his business experience is focused on building upon TSS’ reputation for customer service and excellent work across the Pacific Northwest.

Before acquiring TSS in 2003, Michael served as the president and CEO of Velocitus, Inc. (a subsidiary of IDACORP, NYSE:  IDA), an Idaho-based corporation with diversified business interests in the communications and internet access industries. He was instrumental in IDACORP’s purchase of Velocitus, which he had founded in 1992, in 2000. Prior to founding Velocitus, Michael owned and operated several successful telecommunications companies: Advanced Communications Corp. and National Technical Associates, both based in Boise.

As president and CEO of TSS, Michael oversees the company’s full-service facilities operations and maintenance contracts, including government contracts, in four states. TSS also provides comprehensive commercial HVAC services in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon

Before joining TSS in 2009, Ryan Williams worked as a hospitality management trainer for Holiday Inn Worldwide and renovated homes for Hogan Associates, one of the Northwest’s largest commercial construction companies. Those skill sets merge in his current position as the business manager for TSS, combining his technical ability with his knack for customer service.

Previously, Ryan studied liberal arts in southern Florida and graduated with honors. He has been an active volunteer throughout his life, serving his local community and people around the world.

Jordan Emerson serves as the special projects manager for Total System Services, Inc. Jordan came to the TSS family with several years of experience in customer service, supervision, inventory, management, and coaching, and her background also includes political science and business management.

She initially joined the TSS accounting department, but her role eventually expanded until she was named the purchasing manager/warehouse coordinator. That job, which started out as a single position, has grown into a full-fledged department that Jordan continues to develop and expand.

Jordan now works in project management, engaging the entire company in team-oriented work that will drive TSS’ continued success.

Louise Duffy, Total System Services’ HVAC service manager, has been with the company since 2001. As the company’s service dispatcher and office manager, she has been instrumental in promoting teamwork, greater efficiency, and customer service.

Louise developed the TSS Commercial Service Procedures Manual, which has improved communication between technicians and dispatchers, ensured job performance consistency, and promoted superior customer service skills. Louise teams with account managers to increase the overall success of the commercial service department, and her goal is to champion all of the company’s customers’ needs with passion and integrity.

Brian Lewis, national sales coordinator and account manager for TSS, has been involved in the HVAC service industry for more than 20 years. Brian started his HVAC career in 1995 and joined the TSS team after graduating from Universal Technical Institute in 1999. He began his journey at TSS as an apprentice technician and worked his way up, becoming one of the area’s top journeyman service technicians.

After serving more than 17 years in the field, Brian is now focused on continuing to grow TSS as one of the premier HVAC companies in the Pacific Northwest.
