Scope Of Work
Boldt provided preliminary planning and estimating services to help identify and prioritize the needs and wants of Memorial Presbyterian. The initial study evolved into a full scale design/build project.
The design/build renovation of the mid-1960’s church included the removal of asbestos throughout, remodeled restroom facilities for energy efficiency upgrades and updated mechanical and electrical systems. Additionally, interior finish updates occured throughout the facility along with the repair of numerous maintenance and remodeling items, all contributing to widespread functionality, efficiency and aesthetic improvements for the church.
