A recent addition to Caliber’s hospitality portfolio, the Four Points by Sheraton Phoenix South Mountain was acquired in June of 2018 for $16.1 million after originally reviewing acquisition for $18,000,000 in 2016. The hotel hosts 9 meeting rooms with over 9,000 square feet of space combined. Other features include free Wi-Fi, an on-site restaurant, and convenient access to attractions near Ahwatukee.
