What was an empty shell of commercial space in a new construction building on Alki turned into a beautiful physical therapy office. A complete tenant improvement including all MEPF (mechanical, Electrcial, Plumbing & Fire Sprinkler), creating office space with a front desk as well as all interior finishes.
