Uliser Galdamez is the CEO and President of United Construction Management & Solutions Inc. (UCMS), a full-service construction management company. They provide complete ground-up construction services to developers, commercial businesses, and residential homeowners throughout the Philadelphia Greater Metropolitan Area. Uliser is a dedicated General Contractor and has spent almost two decades studying all aspects of construction management with hands-on experience in all trades.

Jonathan Pinto is the lead Project Manager at UCMS inc. His primary responsibilities are construction site safety supervision, overseeing projects, coordinating and scheduling. He is well-versed in all facets of construction. Jonathan has over 5 years of experience with certifications from the OSHA Education Center, American Safety Council, and the National Center for Construction Education and Research.
