Monument is a construction company.  Starting in 2010, we focused on existing buildings: Remodels, Tenant Improvements, and restoration projects are our specialty.  We service investment property owners, property managers, and home owners.  

Our founding member managed over $100,000,000.00 in commercial construction projects.  Since 2015 Monument returned to its owner's roots with large ground up commercial projects.  In 2017 look for our largest project, Freedom Meats, along the I15 in Las Vegas as we build in phases over the top of an existing structure.
