DDI Construction has been building houses and neighborhoods since 1987. We have done everything from basic ranch designs to custom homes as creative as the homeowner can imagine. We have a great reputation as builders and have 23 years of experience in this field. From single custom homes to 50 unit developments we strive towards excellence. Over the past five years we has been building smaller affordable homes throughout Gorham, Standish,Windham, and Raymond. We are a proud a member of Maine State Housings “green builders” and all of our houses meet the green standards set by Maine State Housing. We are building the most efficient houses around and we are one of the very few builders that can actually call themselves green builders and have the MSHA to back us up! We do all of our own earthwork and preparation for the houses we build so everyone involved in the construction process is working on the same team.
