Scope Of Work

Woodruff was selected as the builder for the Marian Home, which is a nursing home and care center in Fort Dodge. This project consists of the construction of a new resident wing between two existing buildings, a new chapel, a new dining area, and an extensive remodel of the existing building in multiple phases. Located in a residential neighborhood across from a busy school, this project had limited space to operate and required close coordination with staff, local building officials, and neighbors.
