Scope Of Work
This 14,000 sf facility is a pre-engineered metal building that serves as office, retail/sales, and a 7-bay mechanics shop. The interior office and sales portion of the building is metal studs and sheet rock with polished concrete, carpet, and epoxy-flake floor finishes. The shop portion is lined with sound-absorbing light-gauge steel panels and includes a full exhaust system and radiant overhead heat. There is also a 360 degree, 2-ton jib crane and a wash bay for equipment maintenance. The property also includes a 4,000 sf cold-storage building and roughly 50,000 sf of equipment, truck, and trailer laydown area for temporary and long-term exterior storage. This facility serves Ditch Witch clients throughout the state of Iowa.
