Scope Of Work
The new 33,000 SF McFarland Clinic facility is a two-story building that houses multiple spaces such as family medicine, sports medicine, physical therapy, optometry, and a childcare center. It also has the capacity for the clinic to add physicians and expand in the future as needed. The building features geothermal HVAC, tintable curtainwall glass, and a glulam beam pitched roof with wood decking open to the ceiling.
