Scope Of Work

Woodruff Construction was a prime contractor for the construction manager of this Story County Medical Center project. Woodruff’s scope included steel erection, carpentry, millwork, doors, specialties, landscaping, window coverings, and flooring. A key component of this project was keeping the existing clinic clean while tying in the addition and remodeling the existing clinic, since patients and staff still occupied this space. The new building hosts a café area, gym, conference rooms, clinic spaces, and offices.
