Scope Of Work
Located at the base of Lincoln Peak at Sugarbush Resort is this new four-story, 159,000-square-foot facility with 61 luxury ski-in/ski-out residences. The residences feature units with one-bedroom through five-bedroom options, a private owners’ lounge, year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs a 6,000-square-foot slope-side restaurant with seating for 130 people. Work also included a 62-space underground parking garage and a supporting wastewater treatment plant with potable water system.
