Scope Of Work
A new four-story, 29,000-square-foot residence hall including 95 beds designed for single or double occupancy with common study and social space on each floor. The new building features a stone entrance and fireplace, wood floors, a student lounge, ski-tuning workshop, bike storage, laundry facilities and full kitchen, and includes a geothermal heating and cooling system. This was the first phase of the Res-Tri Complex project in the heart of Champlain College’s urban campus.
