Jay provides overall direction for the company and its strategic plan. His leadership style combines strategy, a strong voice and an open door. As CEO, he has led the company toward excellence while achieving a construction backlog in excess of $1 billion. Jay is a recipient of the Vermont State Colleges Distinguished Alumni Award and serves on community boards such as Spectrum Family and Youth Services, Kidsafe Collaborative as honorary member and Vermont Business Roundtable. He is also an active member of the national Construction Industry Round Table.
