Scope Of Work
Four phase fit-up in an occupied space to include new offices, conference rooms, collaboration areas, recording studio with green screen wall, kitchen, pantries and a café.
Specialty lighting features and acoustical panels were installed throughout the space as well as a living plant wall.
Having a detailed phasing plan, and weekly review with all team members was critical to a successful project completion.
