Scope Of Work
Demolition of an existing building and construction of a new freestanding banking center. The new building features customer meeting rooms, a teller line, lobby, exterior walk-up ATM and a drive-up ATM. Chapman completed the building’s core and shell, interior finishes, MEPs, security, landscaping and a new parking lot.
