Scope Of Work
40,000 sf multi-floor lab and office renovation to support the company’s growing staff and equipment upgrades.
The space features a BSL-2 tissue culture lab and a mass spectrometry lab with supporting infrastructure including nitrogen, compressed air, CO2, RODI, vacuum, lab supply valves, bio safety cabinets, fume hoods and a new UPS system.
