Scope Of Work
30,000 sf interior fit-up of the business use areas, offices, and conference rooms. The project included the installation of new roof top units, the construction of an internal connecting stair featuring reclaimed structural beams from the existing roof, and exterior façade re-work and restoration to match the existing building envelope.
