Eicher Design Build LLC

Eicher Design Build, LLC was founded in 2013 by Samuel Eicher and Henry H Eicher. 

The business is owned and operated by the Eicher family. Henry H Eicher, the father, and his sons Samuel, Henry J, and Caleb are all part owners of the business. Samuel is the principle owner.  

Eicher Design Build, LLC has been in business since 2013 but the combined experience far exceeds 2013. Henry H. began his own business in 1990 In Wickenburg, Az. He grew up working under his father who ran a brick and block laying business. Prior to 1990, Henry H. was self-employed and hired by a few contractors where he learned about the construction industry at a young age. Henry H. went on to build houses for very impressed customers who recommended his work to others around. As his sons grew Henry H. would take them out on jobs with him and teach them. So, from their childhood days the construction industry has surrounded them.

Eicher Design Build LLC is an Iowa based construction business and we pride ourselves on our diverse portfolio, including projects in residential and commercial sectors.

We believe that building strong client relationships is incredibly important and we work closely with our clients to engender complete trust.  

We see diversity as our strength, and this has ensured that we've been a practice of choice for more than 10 years. Our team has a great wealth of experience and know that, despite the complexity of the construction process, there should be no mystery to the client.
