JP General Inc. was founded by Janet Lynch Price in 2006. JPGI is a licensed, full-service , 8(a) general building contractor providing construction expertise to greater California and Nevada. JPGI has been in the U.S. Small Business Administraon’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program for over 5 years, we have a proven past performance record and references from many Federal procurement o?cials. There are over 45 years of combined construction experience between the skilled craftsmen contributing to the staff.
