Scope Of Work
Ground up construction of a new automotive sales and service facility consisting of a first and second level that is 65,350 square feet and a roof level parking structure that is 59,700 square feet. Designed to meet the modern BMW USA Image program while complying with the design requirements and guidelines from the city of Carlsbad.
