Scope Of Work
This facilities program for Hoag Hospital Irvine consisted of providing project management services from planning, programming, budget approval, design, permitting and construction. Daily management of 10+ projects and over 50 projects annually working with owner, operator, facilities, designers and a host of contractors. The facility has a full time OSHPD inspector onsite. The upmost care was taken completing these projects in an occupied 24/7/365 days a year operating acute hospital.
