Scope Of Work
Renovation of the first floor to an existing 5 story engineering unit 3 building. Scope of work will include removal of all content in existing space and all work required to create four new rooms (control room, mechanical room, and two microscope rooms). Finish walls, floors and ceilings; ventilation and duct work; and anchorage. Microscope rooms to receive shielding, acoustical and vibration treatment required per plans. Exterior HVAC enclosure to add 450 sqaure feet to the existing building footprint.
