Scope Of Work
The Pointe Community Association’s pool cabana and restroom building remodel. Demolition of dilapidated stairs and deck. Construction of new view deck with cable railing and stairs. Reshaping of terrain and surrounding landscape. Complete remodel of restrooms: gutted interior, all new plumbing, electric, flooring and finishes.
