Scope Of Work
Gilbane provided preconstruction and construction management services for the new high-end, 19-story residential condominium project located on Sarasota Bay. Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, the new building is the tallest in downtown Sarasota and is inspired by the timeless design of the Sarasota School of Architecture.
The project consists of 22 half- and full-floor residences containing the finest finishes, fixtures and appliances currently on the market. Amenities include private and common rooftop terraces, social rooms, fitness center, elevated pool deck and spa over private parking.
