Scope Of Work

This vacant retail location was transformed into a vibrant escape room facility. The multi-level space includes three escape room challenges, open and private gaming areas, reception, support offices, and bathrooms. In addition to the gut renovation, the building’s dated exterior received an extensive overhaul featuring new glazing, Ipe cladding, lighting, and signage.
