Before founding Westcon in 2013, Steven worked on many job sites and is experienced in every area of construction. Steven has an active GB98 License in NM, is AWS Certified, and holds Metal Building Erector and Standing Seam Metal Roof certifications.

Laura is a third generation construction industry professional. She joined the team in 2017, and has become an elite project manager. Her love for winning bids and seeing projects completed for excited homeowners makes her invaluable to the team.

Trey joined the team in 2020 as a regional project and marketing manager to help expand the reach of our brand and our work territory. His years of service as a pastor in New Mexico make him well-suited for marketing and customer service.

Gordo joined the Western Builders Team six years ago. He has 12 years of construction experience doing dirt-work and underground utilities. Gordo holds a CDL as well as a Heavy Equipment Operators Certification.

Shelby has been with Western Builders for seven years. He developed his skills working for his father in construction. Shelby holds Metal Building Erector and Standing Seam Metal Roof certifications.
